1. General Information

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in all competitions organized by Global Art & Talent Portal (“the Organizer”, “we”, “our”). By submitting an application and artwork through our website, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Participation in the competition is voluntary and conducted exclusively online.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to participants of all nationalities and ages, including:

  • Preschool children

  • School students

  • College and university students

  • Adults

Participants may submit works individually or under the guidance of a teacher or mentor.

3. Submission Process

All artworks must be submitted via the official submission form on our website. During submission, participants (or their representatives) provide the following information:

  • Full name of the participant

  • Full name of the teacher/mentor (if applicable)

  • Participant’s country and region

  • Participant’s age

  • Educational institution (if applicable)

  • Phone number (participant or teacher)

  • Email address (participant or teacher)

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that all information is accurate at the time of submission.

4. Fees and Payments

Participation requires a non-refundable participation fee.

  • The submission of artwork and payment are processed simultaneously

  • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances

  • Bank card details are not visible to the Organizer, are not stored, and are not shared with third parties

  • All payments are securely processed via certified third-party payment providers (e.g., Stripe)

5. Corrections and Changes

  • Corrections to submitted personal data are allowed only before competition results and award certificates are published

  • After the results are announced, no corrections to award certificates will be made, including spelling errors or incorrect personal data

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All submitted artworks and videos remain the intellectual property of the participant

  • By submitting an artwork, the participant grants the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to:

    • Publish artworks and videos on the official website

    • Share content on official social media channels

    • Use materials for promotional, educational, and marketing purposes

All publications will include proper author attribution.

7. Academic Integrity

  • Submitted works must be original and created by the participant

  • Plagiarism, copied, or AI-generated works presented as original will result in disqualification

  • In such cases, the participation fee is not refunded

8. Awards and Results

  • Results are determined by the jury’s professional evaluation

  • Awards are issued in digital format only

  • Results are published on the official website and social media platforms

9. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Technical issues during submission caused by user devices or internet connection

  • Errors made by participants during form submission

  • Delays caused by third-party payment or hosting providers

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable international regulations and general principles of fair competition practice.
