The Chalange
With the platform’s rapid global expansion, the Global Art & Talent Portal faced the challenge of managing thousands of submissions across different time zones and categories. Ensuring that participants from various regions receive equal opportunities required improved coordination, multilingual communication, and a streamlined evaluation process.
As more schools and creative centers joined, the platform needed a more efficient system to process artworks, share updates, and maintain the high level of fairness and transparency that participants rely on.

How the Portal Evolved
The Global Art & Talent Portal team focused on improving user experience across the entire platform.
